Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Guarantee

What is the play-test guarantee?
Every paddle is backed by our 30-day play-test guarantee. If you don't love it, send it back within 30 days for a full refund — return shipping is on us.

How do I start a return?
Head to our Contact page with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid label.

Are your balls tournament legal?
Yes — our Tour Pro balls are USAPA-approved for sanctioned play.

What does the warranty cover?
