We want you to love your gear. If you're not satisfied, return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — and we'll cover return shipping.

How to start a return

Visit our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Condition

Paddles and accessories should be returned in resellable condition. Opened ball packs and used grips or tape may not be eligible unless they're defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
