Our Story

Built by players who refuse
to dink around

We started Knucklehead because great pickleball gear shouldn't cost a fortune. Same factories as the big brands. A third of the price. No apologies.

The gap nobody was fixing.

There's a gap in pickleball, and once you see it you can't unsee it. The pros play paddles dialed in to their skill and swing — everyone else gets handed a $30 wood paddle with zero technology, or a bill for $300+ to get anything better. That never sat right with our founder. Paddle technology shouldn't be a luxury reserved for sponsored players. It should be available to the weekend warrior, the rec-league regular, and the player grinding to bump their DUPR. So we built it ourselves.

Our Difference

Why Knucklehead

Same Factories. A Third of the Price.

We source from the same manufacturers as the big brands — no middleman markup, no inflated MSRP.

Rec Court to the Bracket.

From casual rallies to USA Pickleball–approved competition play, our paddles are built for every level.

The Knucklehead Promise.

Real technology, honest pricing. Raw T700 carbon fiber and 5th-gen core — no fluff, no BS.

The Flame Thrower, up close.

Raw T700 carbon fiber face. 5th-generation core technology. USA Pickleball approved under PBCoR 43, so it's tournament-legal from day one. It's the kind of spec sheet that usually comes with a premium price tag — because it's built in the same factories that build those premium paddles. We just don't charge you for the logo.

Real technology. Honest pricing. No snobbery.

Just gear that helps you win, and the energy to bring with it.

From the founder

We're not trying to out-market anyone. We're trying to out-build them.
